WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILTY 

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY IS REQUIRED TO BE REGISTERED IN ANY TOURNAMENT,  TOURNAMENT SERIES, OR ANY TOURNAMENT SANCTIONED EVENT (collectively “Sponsored Events”).  

Each team's Captain and Partner (collectively “Participants”) HEREBY assume all of the risks associated with participating in the Sponsored Events and the  dangers that are associated with fishing and boating. I/We understand that these dangers may result in injury to persons, and even may result in death.  The undersigned Participants hereby acknowledge that this Waiver will be used by the event holders and organizers of the Sponsored Events.  

PARTICIPANTS hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless, the event holders and organizers of the Sponsored Events, their agents, employees, officers,  volunteers, and owners from any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, judgments, and executions which Participants ever had, now have, or  may have or claim to have in the future against the Southern Redfish Cup (Southern Redfish, LLC), its officers, agents, employees, volunteers, event  coordinators, sponsors, and hosting marinas for all personal injuries, known or unknown, and injuries to property, real or personal, caused by or arising  out of the participation in the Sponsored Events and/or Sponsored Event associated activities, whether such injury or damage may have been caused or is  alleged to have been caused, directly or indirectly, by an act or omission, or commission, negligent or otherwise, of Southern Redfish Cup, its officers,  agents, employees, volunteers, event coordinators, sponsors, and hosting marinas.  

PARTICIPANTS hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Southern Redfish Cup, its officers, agents, employees, volunteers, event coordinators,  sponsors, and hosting marinas from any and all damages, liabilities losses, judgments, and executions which may be sustained as result of any injury to  myself, or any injury to another caused directly or indirectly by the participation in the Sponsored Event and/or Sponsored Event associated activities.  

All participants in Sponsored Events enter at their own risk and acknowledge that Southern Redfish Cup shall not be held liable for the actions of any  participants participating in Sponsored Events and or and/or Sponsored Event associated activities. Furthermore, all Participants agree to abide by all local,  state, and federal fishing and boating laws and regulations while participating in the Sponsored Events.  

All Participants further acknowledge and consent that they may be photographed during Sponsored Events and consent to the use of those  photographs for the purposes of promotion.
